The ShowTix websites are operated by FORTY Broadcast Ltd (company number 17255266), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. ShowTixpowers white-label ticketing sites for independent organisers, so you may be using it under an organiser’s own brand or domain — the platform is operated by FORTY Broadcast Ltd in every case.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or use the site for a fraudulent or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system or data
• Interfere with, damage, overload or disrupt the site, or bypass any security or access control
• Scrape, harvest or resell content, ticket inventory or data without our written permission
• Use bots or automated means to buy tickets or circumvent purchase limits

Some features need an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used for fraud.

The ShowTix platform, its software, design and content are owned by FORTY Broadcast Ltd or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Organiser names, logos and artwork belong to the respective organisers. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without permission.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time. We may also update these terms; the version published here at the time you use the site applies.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for loss arising from matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law. Your purchase of tickets is governed by the Ticket Purchase Terms.

The site may link to third-party sites (for example, a venue, an organiser’s own site, or a travel partner). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content. A link does not imply endorsement.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
